Amazing hotel. Very friendly staff and beautiful spacious rooms. Enjoy the free minibar at the executive floor. Could ask for better. Top hotel!

Hotel lobby was very grand. Our king room was spacious and clean but in need of renovation. We ate in the restaurant twice and each time it was very good especially during the Happy Hour. Getting an English newspaper every morning was a nice touch.

Japanese breakfast was very good, good location; the regular breakfast was average. On the bad note, the check in was unpleasant, the room was musty and had a cigarette smell. It took almost an hour to get another room on a different floor. The lobby is super bright , not very inviting , it looks like a communist hotel.

Great place to stay. Seemed like a business hotel but extremely accommodating for families and the rooms are very large. The staff was awesome and the hotel is older but very well kept, clean, and very pretty!

This is an amazing hotel with exceptional service. The room was immaculate, cleaned every day, the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. You must take advantage of this opportunity to stay here. We’ll be back next year!

The staff was unbelievably polite and helpful. They could not have done a better job. Service is always great in Japan, but this is the best I have ever seen. We really appreciated their efforts.

Very cute, the room looked very different from the pictures, but we enjoyed our stay. Went here for our Honeymoon they left us a flower and a note, which we appreciated, really liked that they had room service and breakfast even if you didn’t have it included you could pay for it. Loved all the toiletries they provide and the pijamas. Thank you

The Nikko Princess was convenient to subway and bus routes. We had no problem getting to all the sights we wanted to see. There were a few meal options around which was a plus. The rooms were very clean and the staff incredibly helpful.
