The hotel is tucked away on a Main Street but once inside it is a restful sanctuary. Its lobby is spacious and has an electronic checkout system. The staff helpful and kind. The furniture in my room was smartly organized and I even had a lovely couch to watch the TV! The bathroom had French shampoo, conditioner and body wash. This hotel was a highlight of my trip.

The hotel is modern, and definitely has good things, but our room had a bed you could barely call a "twin" bed, the smalles in all our Japan trip with similar rooms in price and location, it was a struggle with two large bags and two of us in the room. The area is fantastic, and the hotel lobby and staff are great. So as long as you don't plan on staing inside the room too long this is great. Location is right next to the market and easy to catch buses to move around.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. The pace is walakable to a lot of shopping and nishiki market I love the matcha drink. Will surely recommend to my friends.

Clean rooms. Wonderfully helpful polite staff. Great location. Offer a delightful breakfast buffet. 24 hour coffee station and a complimentary sake each day. Nice soaps and toiletries. Bed was a tad hard for our liking. Pillow soft or hard selection .

The hotel’s location was excellent — the subway station is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get around. There are plenty of dining options and shopping nearby as well.

clean, big room compared to what we had in other areas of japan, nice staff, quick same day luggage forwarding to osaka. also very conveniently located and free sake coin each night!
