We love this property and our room was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom/amenities were great. We also loved having the laundry facilities available on the property. Location was great, staff very nice also. The only issue we had was not being able to use the public bath (I have a tattoo) and our bed had pillows with hard stones in them making them painful to sleep on. I called the front desk and the manager said they had no extra soft pillows available. What kind of hotel places pillows with hard stones/pebbles in them to sleep on?? That was a big miss and made sleeping horrible and not restful at all.

he lobby staff were exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive, creating a refined and welcoming first impression. The hotel enjoys a prime yet peaceful location, just a three-minute walk from the JR station, with multiple bus routes nearby. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located downstairs, with several dining options close to the hotel. The room was impressively spacious, immaculately clean, and extremely comfortable throughout my nine-night stay. With very reasonable pricing and outstanding overall quality, this hotel offers exceptional value for money—surpassing many properties around Kyoto Station in both comfort and experience.

The rooms are spacious, very clean, quiet, and the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring Kyoto. The hotel also has several restaurants in the building, making it very convenient for a quick meal. Highly recommend!
