The property was neat and clean and once all the elements needed for self check in were complete, check in was no problem and we were given an early check in. The decor was lovely and it was nice to have the extra space. The neighborhood was cute and quiet with lots of hidden coffee and bakeries tucked away. We had fantastic donuts about a 10 minute walk away and the coffee shop next door was fantastic! We reserved the place for 3 night with 4 guests, 3 adults and a nearly adult teenager. We were given 2 towels total and linens for one pull out with no additional line s if any kind. When we tried to contact the property we got no response. We had no issues getting a response prior to check in. We then called the number given and spoke with some who send we would get an email response. I asked that he call or text us but he would not and we did not get any response at all. We had to buy more towels and our teenage had to use a mattress cover as a blanket. It was very frustrating to not only not have what we needed for our stay but also to get no response for 3 days during our stay, especially concerning if we were to have had any bigger issues than bedding and towels! Another thing of joy is that there is only 1 bathroom and it is downstairs on the main level. This is where the pullout sleeping area is. The main bedroom is upstairs. So to use the bathroom you have to walk down stairs and enter the other sleeping area. Not ideal. I am not sure I would stay here again.
