This was by far by favorite hotel in Japan. We stayed in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and this hotel had the best amenities. You have to use the hot springs and massage chairs!

The Best Hotel !!

This was my favorite Hotel I stayed in Japan, the staff very polite and kind. The room was beautiful, the moment you walk in you can feel the peaceful atmosphere. The staff greets you at the door, and helpful. The hot spring was wonderful , nice touch of kimono in the room, sleepers, nice coffee bar , Ramen at the night just 10 out 10, I will be recommending this Hotel to anyone I know is going to Kyoto, if I ever come back this is where I will stay. Thank you!

Wonderful hotel for my family of 4. We stayed in a room with three beds - a queen and two twins. We had separate bedrooms. All of the amenities - the onsen, breakfast, massage chairs, free nightly ice cream and ramen - all made this a fabulous and memorable stay. We Wish the cold plunge in the women's onsen was open for use - that's my only complaint. Stay here. Walkable from the train station, even for people with bad knees.

Highly highly recommend! As soon as you step foot into the hotel, the service was amazing! The staff did not speak great English, but we were able to use simple words to communicate. The property itself is immaculate! No shoes are allowed as soon as you entered the hotel. I wore my white socks around the hotel all day and the bottom was still clean at the end of the day. You always see someone mopping or cleaning. The complimentary services (coffee, matcha, water, ice cream, soba noodles) was such a fantastic treat. Their breakfast buffet is a must because it is so delicious. The late night soba is also a must! The onsite onsen is also a must try. There were so many different pools and it was super clean! Overall, this is the best hotel we’ve have stayed at. The price per night is a great steal for this 5-star hotel!
