This hotel had the largest room on a budget!! I really enjoyed this hotel with the massage chair and leg especially after a day of walking in Japan. They held our luggage after checking out, which was great for us to keep exploring. The room's AC was always on which is great after a Summer day!

We had a lovely stay here. Very convenient and easy to walk to the main shopping district and sites. The room was nice and very clean. It was a better size room than APA but still quite tight for 2 persons with luggage. The coffee machine downstairs was also a nice touch. We also appreciated the bottles of water. We would happily stay here again.

Great stay in Kyoto !

Great stay in Kyoto within walking distance of the main areas of the city center. The room is big, the bathroom great, the beds are confortable, the tv huge. The laundromat available on 1st floor is also a great addition. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel !

Very good hotel with excellent amenities and location close to Shijo / Kawaramachi area in Kyoto. The metro / train stations are just 5 min walk away and the Nishiki market is just 10 min walk. The area also has many good dining options and excellent shopping options like Daimaru department store. The customer services are top notch. They provide free bottled water or tea every day and also coffee machine in the lobby. They also provide free laptop in lobby for customers to use in booking restaurants, etc. There are also a few coin laundry / dryer machines for guests to use. The biggest selling point for the hotel is that they provide a massage chair machine that can massage your neck, back and legs and I tell you that this is huge help during your stay since you'll walk and climb a lot of stairs in Kyoto if you plan to visit Higashiyama, Arashiyama and Fushimi Inari Taisha areas ❤️. The hotel is clearly thinking ahead of the customers' needs and kudos to the management.

It was a short stay, but I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and cleanliness of this hotel. The room was spotless, incredibly cozy, and even a decent size by Japanese standards. I would definitely stay here again.
