④ Central Kyoto Spacious 1 LDK(46㎡)

We reopened this room December 2019. This apartment is 5 min walk from Karasuma Oike subway station which is only 3 stops (5min) from Kyoto station. Walking distance to down town shopping area, Nishiki market(10min) and convenience store in just in front of the apartment. Many restaurants nearby. Linens and towels are cleaned by professional outside services. Provide free WiFi. Rental bike shop is within 2 min walk.

This room is completely refurbished in March 2017 and all the funitures and electric appliances are new and the room is very spacious compared to the other HomeAway rooms in Japan. Japanese average is 20-25㎡, but our's is 46㎡ and enough space to open 4-5 big suitcases.

The bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double beds and sofa bed are (140 cm ×200㎝) which is a little smaller than queen size bed.
We have another room on the 3rd floor of the same building. If you are interested, please see my other listing. These 2 rooms accommodate 10 people at the maximum.

If we don't have guest on the previous day, I will let you check in earlier, but cannot guarantee.

We provide free WiFi, kitchen utensils, table wears, washing machine, dryer, microwave, hair dryer. This room locate on the 4th floor(it is the 3rd floor in Europe) and no elevator, but the stairs are wide and not steep, easy to carry the luggage and the hosts will help you to carry the luggage when they are available.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and an electric kettle. Housekeeping is available on request.
