Lieu sympa, ménage pas correct

J'ai passé une semaine entre amis dans ce très bel appartement. Malheureusement le ménage n'a pas été fait correctement avant notre arrivée. 2 des 3 toilettes n'étaient pas propre, il y avait énormément de poussière sous les lits, une bouteille d'eau vide sous l'un d'entre eux, nous avons retrouvé des cigares sur la terrasse, des ballons d'hélium dégonflés, une bonbonne d'helium vide. Nous avons fait le ménage à notre arrivé et avant de partir. Une amie a lavé des serviettes qui ont perdu de leur eclat et nous devons maintenant payer 60 euros pour 4 minuscules serviettes. Je suis vraiment déçue de la somme demandé pour des produits aussi peu qualitatif. Si encore ça avait était de belles serviettes d'hotel nous aurions pu comprendre mais ça n'est pas le cas. L'eau chaude manque aussi une fois sur deux. C'est dommage puisque le lieu est sympa

The spartment is in a quite location only 3 min walk to old town. The apartment is huge and splendid terasse overlooking some of the old town. Unfortunately our stay was impactet by several issues in the apartment, which were reported to the renter. In spite of promises and agreements to fix those during our stay, they never showed up and issues remained unresolved. Among the issues we faced were: broken unusable table on the terasse, lights and heat did not work in one bathroom, dishwasher flooded the floor when in use, and more..
