They let us check in earlier . Thanks to the friendly and professionals staffs, really need to rest due to my long flight. Our room is very clean and spacious.

An unforgettably terrible experience. Lifeguards that don't want to get wet in the rain to explain policy, 'managers' with no people skills that roll their eyes at guests with bigoted opinions of mainland Chinese (my wife is Chinese) rather than attempt to resolve their concerns, a whole lot of insincere sorries and bribery offers of their extraordinarily overpriced breakfast buffet or airport transport but no honesty. Particularly the 'manager' Jason has no business being in the service industry with his bigoted views and inability to connect with people to resolve their concerns. Arrogant service people who believe they're above the jobs was a common issue for us in HK but one would expect better from an establishment posing as '5 star'. I must commend the duty manager Hiromi. If she had been the general manager with authority to resolve concerns and discipline, I believe the situation would have actually been resolved. Everyone else involved in the service of this facility is completely incompetent and I would definitely avoid it if from the mainland.

The Suite was excellent the view was amazing and the spa was very nice and clean ..thank you for making my stay a great experience

Atmosphere and location. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Location is very good with plenty to do around. Highly recommended

Great place in great location. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Definitely recommend

Hotel is centrally located in Tsim Sha Tsui and is a good value for the room and facility

Room is a bit too small and bathroom needs to be updated

Disappointed. Our two nights stay at the hotel went fine. But, at check out the staff asked us to sign a breakfast bill of 550 HK $ that we didn’t use the service. Of course we refused to sign. 10 days passed from our check out, they are still holding our 1000HK$ deposit.

Stayed here for 8 nights while meeting with clients. I normally stay at the Ritz, but this was an extremely last minute trip and the Ritz was booked. While it was very nice, it did not provide the luxury, service, or quality that you'd expect of the Ritz or other big name 5 star hotels. Everything about my stay was good, but not superb. 4 star hotel in every sense.

Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. Restaurant (coffee shop) lovely, but pricey. Hotel common areas were lovely. Room a bit small, but fine for one night.

Friendly staffs- check in and out process were quick, they helped answering my questions, opened the door for you all the time entering or exiting the lobby. Room- spacious and clean. Bathroom- clean and amenities all included. We would stay here again.

I was assigned to a smoking room initially so had to ask for a nonsmoking room. The receptionist was happy to assist, but the second room was still a bit smoky. I asked for another change and she obliged. It was another upgrade - a much bigger room and no extra charge for an extra bed. The third room was still a bit smoky, but better than the first two. I asked for two electrical plugged-in air fresheners along with a firm pillow, and house keeping was great fulfilling my requests. The Italian restaurant served good food. I spoke to the new deputy manager during breakfast on the day of departure and said how happy I was with everything.

We stayed at the hotel during the 2 days of the Nida typhoon. We had the buffet during our stay. My daughter got the food poisoning (stomach flu) and had to go to the emergency room. We very ate the same food but she ate some of the crab and clams. I believe those were the suspects.

The air conditioning didn't cool toe room very well, it temperature was uncomfortable. Additionally, the wet bar was not fully restocked everyday. Overall, it was a beautiful hotel !

Very nice staff and clean, luxury hotel. The room was on the small side, but good value for the money

5 min walking distance to avenue of the stars and has a great view of the hongkong skyline. There are 2 Starbucks nearby and it is a close walk to the MTR station. Good for business meetings.
