Amazing customer service, friendly, helpful, accomodating. Made us feel special from the moment we arrived, so much so, that we booked again that day. Rooftop bar jawdropping views of Hong Kong, wonderful cocktails, and outstanding service. Rooftop pool out of this world.

The morning buffet features a lot of pork options. Would love more chicken or beef. Bed is very comfortable. The tv selection is very poor for a hotel at this level. Even cartoon channels are in Cantonese. Netflix not available without chromecast. No bidet in the toilet. Excellent water pressure and heater. They set up a complementary happy birthday banner which was well appreciated. Besides all that, i feel the hotel relies heavily on the view from the room. The view is indeed second to none and truly breathtaking but everything else about the hotel felt normal.
