The entry is a bit hidden between two restaurants, and up a steep driveway, with a tiny elevator taking guests to the 5th floor check in. If this is no issue for you, then your stay will be great. The entry is clean and smells fresh. There are staff to checkin that speak English. The breakfast is small but sufficient. The rooms are small but very clean, with comfortable soft beds and very nice showers. The amenities are very nice.

The hotel room was super clean and had all amenities needed. I was traveling for business and would have liked if room had a small desk to do emails. I had to do them sitting in bed. Also wish there were few more options for breakfast like, pancakes or waffles. Also the hotel front access is not on a main Street. The taxi driver left me at a parallel street from where I had to drag two suitcases up a very slant slope. For dinner there are lot of options right as you exit hotel. It offers Mexican, Italian, japanese, Spanish cuisines.

Price was so-so, centrally located above the bar Street in TST- seemed rather clean, but the room had a sort of funny smell to it, not unlike Indian food.. Perhaps backwash from one of the Indian places downstairs? room size was good, but nowhere to put your suitcase, no suitcase stand... So the suitcase went on the floor.. Curtains sucked. They didn't really block out the light, they were a bit too small for the window openings.. I'm a bit of a vampire when it comes to sleeping in the dark, so not getting the room completely dark is really annoying.. Great view over Hong Kong's Central intelligence and listening post. Random flickering LEDs at night on the ceiling were a little annoying.. The room came with items in the minibar, once I used the coffee packets, I was told that they would not be replenished during my stay, so I had coffee the first day and no coffee for three consecutive days....

Clean and large environment. Comfortable and large bed. Free mini bar items Resonable price. It is a very high CP hotel. The overall stay was good at all. BTW, the staff was a bit rude, that is the only problem.

Positives - Very reasonably priced, clean, new furnishings, good location. I would stay here again. Negatives - Room lighting (esp bathroom) could be better. Hotel breakfast description should be defined better. Breakfast options were pretty basic. All in all, this hotel was very good value for the price paid.

Based on pricing and reviews, chose to try out this hotel. I have a Kowloon office nearby within a 5 minute walk. I am glad I tried and will stay here from now on. Priced right and by far the best value. Rooms are a little smaller than most, but new and clean. Internet great too. Right in the middle of all the western restaurants in Knutsford Terrace. Only thing that is annoying is climbing the hill to Knutsford Terrace every day and walking up and down the hill with luggage when checking in/out.

free breskfsst, afternoon tea, free drinks and free handy phone. it also locate a convient location.

Modern and comfortable ! View of the room was good . Shower was amazing .

Overall OK, no meal option, but some snacks, soft drinks, tea, coffee, cornflakes and milk were available in the morning at the lobby.
