I had booked this hotel stay for my father and he's stayed here numerous times in the last two decades but this time was a bit different. While being overseas, my father's sciatica acted up. To the point where he was borderline immobile. We knew at the very least, the hotel will have a wheelchair for him and hopefully a staff member will assist him out of the car and into his room. That all happened but to our surprise, they went above and beyond. My father felt a little better and on day 2, he was able to get himself to have some continental breakfast. The manager at that time saw my father and gave him a table closest to the door and out of protocol, asked my father what he wanted and brought him his requested breakfast items. Afterwards, the gentleman assisted my father to the elevator and asked a staff member to bring my father to his room to make sure he gets in safely. On top of all this, for the balance of his stay, the staff would go out and help my father buy lunch or dinner. If anyone has EVER had a loved one, alone and far from home and not feeling well, you know how nerve racking it can be. So to hear that the staff in this hotel was so willing to help take care of my father, I am very grateful. Thank you Regal Kowloon Hotel!

Close to water and close to food and shopping. The hotel is on the K3 shuttle bus service to Kowloon station Hint: if you are a Senior, purchase an Oyster Card upon arrival and you get reduced travel fares.

Room was clean with plenty of space bathroom was big and modern

Nice hotel with excellent location at the Tsim Sha Tsui area, Hong Kong. There is an open public square immediately outside of the hotel (door on the west side). There are plenty of restaurants on the open square area.

Executive suite with private check in, huge room, free wifi and excellent executive lounge perks! the hotel was in a great location--friendly staff and nice hotel.

Hotel is ok and is conveniently located to shopping areas, sightseeing attractions, restaurants, and local transportation. Elevator in the hotel is terrible!

We stayed with 4 families. It was a pleasant stay considering the other HK hotels. Rooms are by far the biggest. Lot of nice eating joints. We will probably stay again here. Thanks.

I stay here every once in a while. I prepaid a Superior Room with king bed, travel 26 hours to get there only to be told they were sold out of king beds and wanted to "upgrade" me to two doubles. I am 6' 7" and two doubles do not help me much. They said they can upgrade me again to get a king but they would have to charge me another $20...after objecting for 10 minutes I finally had to accept it and pay them more. I found the Perkin Hotel nearby a day later and will stay there from now on.

Reasonable hotel with a good location. Good for a short stay.

The service was awful. The most arrogant staff I've met in my life. Long line for check in/check out. Staff were not willing to help at all. The so-called gym is the smallest one I've ever seem.

It is nit the beat but acceptable if you are just sleeping there and on work time

a very good place to stay in HK, close to the garden, and wide spacious square for bar in the night. Worth to stay!

the hotel is ok but the price go like a yoyo! some days, the price is ok and it can double the day after. we had to mouve to an other hotel.

Good business traveler hotel. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Regal Kowloon is located in the good area near the ocean. TST East has a lot to offer in therms of food, bars, scenic walks. Hotel is rather clean and rooms are OK.

Room was small, but clean and well appointed. The only criticism is that Wifi was included, which it was but only for two devices. So, if you had two phones, you had to pay extra to connect a laptop, and the rates were not inexpensive.

Stayed 2 nights during my busiess trip. Room allocated on the 7th floor but very noisey due to the construction work carried in the 6th Floor, apart from that room is clean and comfortable. I will recommend to everone who is looking for clean and comfortable stay in Kowloon.
