Lovely Hotel. Hideous breakfast experience. Lovely hotel great location but the breakfast experience is dire/hideous. Tiny facility poor selection and massive waiting times and coffee that barely passes as coffee. Oh and at €20 a complete rip off

The Hotel is super convenient if you are attending events at Kia Tak Stadium, you literally walk from the hotel into the stadium, it was brilliant in that respect when we watched the Hong Kong sevens recently. However if I was in Hong Kong for any other reason I probably wouldn't bother, it's overpriced for a tiny room, it's a bit out of the way, the food is expensive and mediocre. I didn't come to Hong Kong for average European style food which is twice as good and half the price at home, they should embrace local style food.

Hotel is pristine and luxurious feeling. It is between an arena and sports complex which would be great for concerts and sports. There is a free shuttle to mall which isn’t too far away. Very convenient to ship port for cruisers.

We spent a weekend to explore kai tak area which is walkable from the hotel. The reception staff were friendly, responsive & attentive to guests' needs. Hotel is serious about sustainable & green.

Beautiful property!! Staff were fabulous!! But - Being that this is a new hotel it is quiet far from everything. Our Uber drivers kept getting lost coming back from the downtown area. No restaurants or coffee shops near the hotel outside of the ones in the hotel. I was also very disappointed the pool was closed for the season when I specifically booked a hotel - this roof top one especially- with a pool in my search filter.

Amazing Property! Service was amazing and the shuttle to the mall was very convenient! If you want the MTR it’s a short walk from hotel. My only teeny comment was the doors for adjoining rooms were not very well thought out as they swing open which barracades the exit door and if you want to go to adjoining room it locks which is inconvenient for our kids. Also the lighting for the mirrors could be a little better. Very small things but the overall stay was excellent!! Would stay again!!!

Right in the middle of the Kai Tak Sports Complex and stadium. Not close to nearby MTR stations. Dorset did offer free shuttle bus between 11am to 7pm to Airside mall (MTR station). Outside of that period, Uber/taxi is probably the best solution.

This is not a 5 star hotel, not sure who claim this as a 5 star. The service level is not 5 star, the staff barely spoke English fluently. It is not clean, the room is tiny, there’s only one restaurant and one bar in the entire building, super inconvenient location literally nothing’s around, you had to Uber a taxi yourself as there is no taxi station, the hallway smells like sewage for the last two nights I stayed there on 9th floor, they didn’t even clean my room when I clearly turn the indication light to green for cleaning. I am particularly upset with them not cleaning my room when I requested it to be clean, they left a postcard at my door saying it has passed the cleaning time and they will clean it for tomorrow. Who’s cleaning time? I left before noon, you saw my light turned green request for cleaning, so instead of cleaning it as it supposed to be since you pride yourself as a 5 star hotel, you decided to not clean it and left a postcard telling me that you are not cleaning it…that tells me the staffs are pretty lazy here. And when I made the complaint to the front desk, they tried to call back at 11pm and argue with me…no, there’s nothing to argue about, your staff didn’t do their job and that’s that. Nothing about this place is 5 star standard. The material and amenities they chose to use for the construction of this hotel is not 5star standard as well. Max 3 star. I tell you what is 5 star standard, Lotte Seoul is a true 5 star, rosewood in Hong Kong is a true 6.
