My husband and I decided to go to Kos for our honeymoon. Our travel agency suggested this hotel since it's quite close to the sea and have nice area. It turned out to be true - the territory was full of flowers and the sea it was like 5 minutes away - but other things were just extremely disappointing. 1) About the rooms. When we arrived, the administrator put us to the building closest to the restaurant. Our room was so dark and looked so poor that we thought that our trip was ruined completely. Next, turned out that a person from the room next to us smoked. And a couple of minutes later the tap in the shower just torn off as soons as my husband touched it. OK, nice. We asked to change the room. And then they put us to the nicer room with the pool view. To sum up, rooms are old and crapy but still there're OK options. 2) Wi-Fi. It's almost never available. Forget about the internet here. 3) Food. It was alright, there're different options for different tastes. For dinner they gave fruits and ice cream, which was nice. 4) Personnel. Almost everybody was quite nice and English speaking. But if you're not "all inclusive" and take a drink during dinner by mistake (during first day, for example), be careful because then extremely rude bartender appears. I really wanted to leave a complain about him. When we checked in, nobody told us that we cannot take lemonade during dinner (for breakfast they're actually allowed) and there wasn't a clear sign next to the soft drinks machine. So this rude guy followed us even during the next day when i was drinking water (thank God, it's allowed, we asked). He came and suggested menu, but i already got my water. So i don't know why he decided to came. But it ruined our dinner AGAIN. I felt a bit frustrated. 5) There're tennis court, My husband and I decided to go to Kos for our honeymoon. But golf and billiards sticks looked like they were 20 years old. There wasn't also a net at the ping-pong table. However, there were nice things also. Pools are great, cleaning service was everyday and girls working there are super nice. There's a store next to the hotel, and that was convenient.

We spend in this hotel 7 days with all inclusive. Room was simple with terrace and clean. Water presure was very good. Room service was made every day and either every day they change towels They kindly requested not to throw anything in WC but in a litter bin. What about food. What I really miss was distription of what I eat. They have very delicious food especialy meat - crisp and well spiced. I tasted a lot of their traditional food however I don't know its names.... Hotel is a complex of many houses with two pools. Surrouding is amazing. They keep sheeps and many cats however on the island is many cats. From hotel to beach is about 500 metres. Opposite hotel is a small market and rental with bicyles, cars, buggys etc. For good prices. About 6 km is big water park - lido water park. We rent two bycicles for 10 euro for all day and rode there. Entrace is 17 euro per person and it is worthwhile. Another day we rent quad for 45 euro plus benzin (full basin aprox. 17 euro and its is more than enought) and rode throught entire island. We have seen very beautiful places. Area of Marmari is very quiet. We really love this place. About 2 km from hotel is salt lake. In spring are there flamingos and this must be very nice experience. For morning jogging is this place excellent.

Good place if you want just sleep in the hotel. 5 min walking from Marmari beach, quiet calm place. Breakfast is ok, but after one dinner we did not eat at the hotel any more. Anyway it is cheap and location (middle of the island) is great. Car rental office is just opposite the hotel.

Visited the hotel with my family of three with my 15 months old kid. We had a room in a quieter area near the reception. There are two pools outside, each has a toddler pool included. Tried an all inclusive option (three meals per day plus snacks at the pool bar in the afternoon - toasts, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives). The hotel is situated in a quiet area of the resort, ideal for family vacation. Close to the beach (approx 8 mins walk). Variety of food is outstanding, staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Would return in the future. Lots of mosquitoes, be prepared.

Thia hotel has lots of pitential to be morw than a 3 star but is not there yet. Food is limited choice and i often ate out so i wouldn't starve. Limited drinks too compared to most. Rooms smsll and dated but ok lots of coakroachea in rooms. Love the goat. Not much near by to do or shop .

Rooms a little basic to be honest so we were not expecting the food to be up to much , however the food was the best all inclusive food I think I have ever had , a large verity of fish meet and pastas great sauces and fresh cakes , drinks were great and one night a week is bbq night it's a quiet hotel and is family owned , the staff are amazing and will do any thing to help will be back next hate for sure , you won't be disappointed if you go hear

Hotel is cheap. It's just a place to sleep, nothing more. Pool is closed at 8 o'clock in the evening. No animations at all. Absolutely nothing to do in evening. Cheap drinks in all inclusive. Snack bar without snacks. As they say in their description - music and satelite tv in rooms... Music it's just an alarm clock with radio. Satelite TV - 12" TV with ~10 channels (2 - German, 2 - Greek, 2 - no sound...) Food is good enough and plenty of it. 300 meters to the sea? Only if you can fly. Real distance is ~600 meters. Our room was with windows to street, so lots of noise at night from passing cars and scooters. Even though it was mid-season, hotel was almost empty, hence no animations and etc.

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. We have just come back everything was fab. Airconditioning was amazing as the temperature was 38 degrees. only downside is very quiet area but a bus ride gets you to somewhere more lively.. Would go again.

Very friendly and hard-working staff, excellent pool, good working airco and fan in the room, very well located near super-market and car and bike rental company. We enjoyed the absence of loud music (no noisy animation) or noisy guests ; free table tennis and pool. Food is -of course- not what you get in a 5-star luxury resort, but there was plenty of choice, and it tasted very well, and when a dish was empty, it was very quickly replaced. Desserts were delicious ! Just 2 remarks : Wifi (lobby) is free, but you have to be very lucky to get on the internet... only when you try very early in the morning, or very late in the evening, you're sure to get on it....but then : do you really need Facebook etc. on a holiday ? Second remark : on monday apparently (not only in Pyli Bay, but also in other hotels), dinner is outside ; no problem there, but it's on those really cheap plastic garden-tables, without even a table-cloth ; didn't understand quite why they do that, and didn't like the feel of it (My advice : just accept it, and enjoy the food). But overall : excellent price/quality rating.

Just back from a fantastic week here at Pyli Bay, We are a large family of 6, had two rooms btween us that wer clean comfy, the air con was a dream! Two swimming pools. My children are extremely fussy eaters but they loved the food, there was lots of variety. different meat/fish daily, loads of yummy pastas veggies n salads. I'm gonna miss the food. The staff are lovely and we would love to go again, The hotel is 5 mins from the beach which is just beautiful and sandy, there are lots of little restaraunts and few shops. Car bike hire just accross the road. bus stop close by to Kos town plenty of little shops to buy goodies. There's a supermarket directly opposite the hotel. and a larger one 5 mins away. Also a free bus from Lido Water Park daily at the end of the road by the Trust office at 11.20 that transfers you to and from the waterpark fab day out. I would say go for it, may only be 3 star but is very clean basic but comfy! It is situated in a fairly quiet area so very chilled. There was a small gym but the pins were missing so couldnt change weights lol, there is a pool table, table tennis, tennis court, volley ball area and small mini golf, childrens play area slide swings. bar open 10 am until 11.30 where with all inclusive you could have their wine, beer, ouzoo, brandy, soft drinks coke lemonade orangade. however you could buy cocktails etc yummy! we also brought cheep spirits at the supermarket n had it with our free soft drinks :) Think I have covered everything.
