For Breakfast, there is no option to add on when booking. But in the hotel you need to buy $20 dollar per person for breakfast buffet which is not worth it. This is not present experience.

This place is lovely and beautiful! Love the pool and indoor option of Starbucks! Staff was so friendly and helpful! Don't think our room was vacuumed well as we found some hair. Also the tv had no options but HDMI connection. But overall would definitely recommend!

The A/C was not working properly.My fault I should have went down to the desk and said something. I was very hot during the night around 6am it kicked in.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the room was updated and clean. The hotel was massive. The issue we had was it states online the deposit is 50 dollars and they tried charging a 100. Both ladies I dealt with in check in and check out were absolutely rude and I personally will never stay here again. Jesna was the check in person she argued how hotels.com is wrong about deposit, then gave me a hard time for doing debit visa I stay in about two three hotels a month never had an issue. She advised me to call from my room and have someone come up and make sure we didnt damage anything before we leave will we will did. Morana (did not get correct spelling) made a HUGE deal in regards to this she would not have someone meet us there. I have three children under the age of 3 she made it extremely difficult one on the spectrum. She ended up making us late for our event it took another 20 Minutes not needed!! I will go over the rest with Mandy when she chooses to return my emails. I have requested a phone call or email by Mandy the Director. I did have some positive interactions with different staff.
