I really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Also be aware if you get food from Gloria's est the food onsite you will be charged if you being the food back to the property. The staff is very nice and accommodating!

Very friendly staff.Clean room,great place to be , very quiet and a peaceful place to relax.The kids loved the pool side and foor was great.Miss Yvonne made us feel very comfortable and welcoming .She organised breakfast and took care of us during our stay.Thanks to all the staff especially the cleaner ladies. All in all a very good stay very close to NMIA and a great alternative to staying in New Kingston or Downtown Kingston. Unfortunately we had two issues with breakfast, one of them was very underwhelming and substandard. We raised the issue with management who dealt with our complaint satisfactorily. I would stay here again and recommend it as a great base to explore Kingston and the Eastern parishes.

The breakfast and dinner was excellent. The staff was very accommodating. This place has a rich history which dates back to centuries. A staff member patiently shared that long history with me. Don’t hesitate to book and the view of the harbor is magnificent.

Peaceful and clean, helpful and professional staff, beautiful scenery, excellent food. I grew up in that town and love that they employ some locals. I was treated like royalty even by the staff who didn’t know me. I was feeling nostalgic and proud, The hotel is a hidden gem and less than 10 minutes away from the airport and walking distance from the historic Fort Charles, Giddy House, Old Naval Hospital and lots more.
