Would not stay here again. The area was so stuffy. One if the had a noticeable odor. Had them to try and change the air filter but did nit help. Then looked at the back of the curtains and they were black stuff on them Had them change the curtains and the air got better. Had to constantly ask for towels. It is 2 people in the room, why would you leave 1 towel everyday.

Staff was very great especially Jada n Lorraine!! But from the rooms all in the passage to the front desk straight to the diinimg area have a fowl terrible sent everyday! No refresh air! My bed head upholstery was stripping the way it’s old. The hotel is very old and need to be renovated. Breakfast was good, staff was very polite patient and fulfilled my satisfaction. Thanks to Jada n Lorraine tht gave me an exceptional service when I go for breakfast in the am. But Def wint be going back until it’s upgraded!

My room was spotless and room was on point as was the staff. However, my issue was that I had an early morning departure and there was no one to take my bags to the car. The driver came to get them when front desk apparently could not reach someone. A young man showed up after the driver came to get my bags. I didn’t think that level of service was in keeping in with the standard of the hotel.

Front desk staff was amazing. Very polite, knowledgeable and flexible. This was where we had our wedding reception many years ago and he made dinner very special for us. Room was nice, clean, dinner was good Breakfast was full of option. Christmas Jamaican Breakfast! Yum!

The room had an awful smell on arrival. Front Desk staff who escorted us to our room did not report it, however on calling to complain housekeeping was sent with Deet to spray. Better ventilation needed during down time. Rooms are large and well equipped. The restaurant and housekeeping staff are exceptionally good.
