All the staff is so nice and sweet and very professional. The food was amazing the chef and the server are amazing and housekeeping are really sweet they made me felt really welcome. I was really sad to leave to go back home but I highly recommend staying here

Someone thought it would be a good idea to be hammering something extremely LOUD until 10pm. Sounded like someone was knocking on the door for 12 + hours in a row.. the place had so many problems this review would be too long

The location was excellent. Front desk check in was awesome too. The bar didn’t have any rum at all for drinks. I found that odd seeing that there’s so much rum in Jamaica. I tried ordering chicken tenders for my daughter off the menu and they didn’t have any. This was around 5pm and not late. The room was clean The women’s restroom by the pool/patio was infested with mosquitos. They were everywhere.
