Complimentary breakfast, excellent. On Site Dinning,food and Staff was great. Live entertainment was awsome Secure convenient parking. Price is great. I would certainly return to R Hotel

Likes: Washer & Dryer in room, quiet location at night, elevator, breakfast included, WIFI in room. Gate staff - great service! Housekeeping service was good. Dislikes: Restaurant staff service was horrible, hotel staff entered room with no regards for Do Not Enter request, male hotel staff entered room in the night and took my guest key - ultimate violation, AC quits on occasions - happened twice in a week, bed sheet had stains and holes, long waits for food, and poor customer service. You'll have to tip heavily if you want to feel welcome. Be prepared to wait on certain days if you drive while delivery driver block the only way out as they deliver to the hotel. Overall: Amenities are great for a good stay. But service quality is so poor you're better off avoiding that aspect of your stay. If it wasn't for the Amenities I wouldn't recommend this hotel. If you can ignore the poor service and the invasion of privacy risk, you'll enjoy your stay. 5 out of 10

Convenient location. Kind and helpful staff. Delicious Jamaican breakfast. Beautiful views of the city. Liked the room decor but wish the shower had shelves/racks for your soap/wash cloth.

Got the 2 bedroom for 3 guests. Loved the separate floor for living and sleeping. Though I didn't cook, a stove with microwave and full sized fridge is available. Definitely made use of the washer and dryer. Big thanks to Trudy Ann and Sasha who made meals enjoyable and offered great service.
The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is amazing. The servers and all other staff are polite and attentive. Things I didn’t like was the small rectangular pool, the parking because it’s a small area and it’s hard to park in compact areas and lastly I didn’t care for using the access card for utilities but I understand the company want to save on electricity and not allow access on floors that you don’t belong. Overall I would return here as a guess.
