Half baked

First of all we were not given the room we booked. We booked a room that was 676 ft. They gave us one that was half that size. And they wouldn't change it because they booked all of the big rooms. They tried to tell me over and over again that I was mistaken in my booking. But I was definitely not because I made sure I booked the big one because my daughter was traveling with us and wanted to stay in the separate area. Then when we try to have breakfast in the morning it took a long time over 45 minutes and are entrees weren't there yet. And I had a meeting so I had to go upstairs get dressed and go to my meeting without having breakfast. Then they try to charge us for that.
