Not enough desk staff. She was overwhelmed. The hairdryer sparked & made horrible noise. I called for a new one. Waited 45 minutes but nothing delivered. When I went to desk , she couldn’t find the right key. Not what I wanted to do after a long drive. Mo one at all at desk in am
Very clean and well-lit. Good breakfast and lounging area.

This was a clean and comfortable property and the service was great. The noise from room to room and not being able to manage the temp were our only issues.
The property was clean. However, one bedside light was torn out of the wall and not there. The table light switch was broken and had to be plugged in each time to use it. Lighting in the room was very poor. One of the swivel chairs was in poor condition. Overall it was just ok.
The only thing i had a problem with was the condition of the pool water... it was gross. That being said, the staff and hotel more than made up for any issue i had by being awesome.

Thank you for staying with us. I'm very sorry that you had to wait so long for a new hair dryer. I was not overwhelmed but did get extremely busy right after you called down for a new one. Also, the reason I couldn't find the key was due to the fact that we had just changed locks on that door, and I had completely forgot as I do not normally have to go into our maintenance room. As far as no one at the front desk in the morning, I do apologize for that. They may have been in the bathroom or helping another guest.
