DON'T STAY HERE!!

The room was disgusting. Floor had some kind of film on it, the tile was broken in two spots. The walls were horribly dirty, towels weren't clean, ice machine was down. The website is incorrect THERE IS NOT A CENTENNIAL BREAKFAST! They had a pool but by the time I got off work it was closed. I chose this hotels solely based on the continental breakfast and the pool, I didn't get to enjoy either one of those.

I felt uncomfortable when I opened the room door — everything looked old and overused. The towels, pillows, bed sheets, and other items were heavily worn. The microwave was missing the glass plate. Most concerning of all, we found a bed bug on the bed. Fortunately, the staff were cooperative during the refund process.

Good for an overnight stay

The staff was very good and friendly. The pool was closed. We had problems with the remote for the TV. However the staff was very good about taking care of it. I would stay there again.

The staff here where great but the property has a BED BUG infestation I have many bites and when brought to the staffs attention they tried to resolve by switching my room but it turned out that the new room also had BED BUGS. When I checked out the clerk was very gracious and did refund part of my stay.

Dirty and smelly.

This was rated mid 7s but it's not like a 5. First we had a problem with our room door. Then they moved us after we had all our luggage up on the second floor with no elevator. Then the room smelled and the bathroom was dirty and all outdated. There was stains on the floor and on the walls. My daughter was even afraid of using the bathroom. This was not a decent room at all.

Check in was easy, room was clean other than a couple stains in the carpet. Room was outdated but had all the essentials. Plenty of hot water for long showers. Would stay here again in the future.
