Connie was very nice checking and before when i called to see how late was too late to check in. Very nice and professional.
The lady at the desk was very rude.... She would not rent me the room because I still had an AZ DL even though I have moved to GA. She would not even listen to what I was saying. She refused to call the manager because it was after hours. She was VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!! I had already prepaid so I went to Motel 6 down the road and they were very helpful!!!! <<>> HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Go to Super 8 or Motel 6.
They offer smoking rooms which is nice. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always nice and clean.
I've stayed at this hotel in the past, so I felt good about staying there again, but it has really gone downhill. Maintenance and cleanliness have suffered terribly. And, even though it's not the hotel's fault, other guests made so much noise talking and running around, we barely slept both nights. They remodeled not too long ago, going from carpet to wood floors, and I wonder if maybe that's why the neighbors sound so loud? Regardless, it's not easy to sleep there anymore.
Online information said that breakfast was included in the booking but they were actually not serving breakfast at this time.

Rooms are fine, beds very firm. It would be nice if the other guests with big trucks were told to not back in to the parking spaces facing the rooms. We were blocked from parking near our room, not the first time. The breakfast is nothing to write home about, more fruit would be a good start.
Check in easy, front desk employees very nice, very clean room. TV/stations very minimal, internet connection spotty/slow, no USB charging stations
It was just a single night stop-over for my daughter and I ... beds and pillows were comfortable, which was very important to me after a long night of driving. Check-in ends at midnight, but I called ahead to say I wouldn't make it by then - they had no problem with the late arrival. Wasn't expecting much in the way of breakfast, but pleasantly surprised there was oatmeal, with all the fixin's .. various bread, including raisin bread to have with the oatmeal .. yogurts, fruits, other cereals, etc. I was happy to see there was coffee in the room, so I could start my day properly before going out into public =)
The milk and yogurt were clumpy and sour. Didn't eat breakfast. In the truck parking area there was dried dog poop. The dog walking area was full of dog poop.
No Ice; breakfast empty at 9:15. curtains have holes.
The location was great and the staff were very helpful about the local area.
