When I walked into the property, the manager had blueprints sprawled out in the resident lounge area very unprofessional. Also the front desk girl very unfriendly and cold. Also, the shower handle was loose, making it almost impossible to select hot or cold, could potentially burn an elderly person. Bed was very hard, almost like sleeping on a cut piece of wood Room was clean
