The breakfast was great. I just took away a star for the email that had me preregister including signing and taking a picture of my ID. Then I still had to sign and fill out forms and provide my ID. I was there late and tired and really excited to not have to deal with all of that. If it had worked like it was supposed to, I’d find a way to give 6 stars.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. When the people above us checked in late night, we could hear lots of clunking around. It also sounded like kids were continually running across the floor. It did quiet down after they went to sleep. The laundry was a nice feature…washers and dryers next door to the hotel for guests only. The continental breakfast was good, typical for a continental.

Mascara (I hope) stains on the pillow case. The pillows were bad. One of them was like lumpy clay. The bed was also not good. We could feel springs & the wire around the edge. We asked for an extra blanket and were told they don't have any! They ran out of waffle batter & coffee and did not offer to make more. My feet were dirty after walking from the shower to the bed to get dressed. I've been satisfied with Baymont in the past but this was just bad.
