SpringHill Suites by Marriott Kingman Route 66

We had not stayed at a SpringHill Suites in the past so decided to give it a try on our way home to California from a Santa Fe, NM visit. Very clean and nicely designed public spaces. Checkin was a breeze. The room had 2 comfy queens plus the seating area with desk and TV. Small fridge and there is a window that you can open between desk area and beds. I agree with other reviewers that the toilet and small sink being in a separate space from the shower/tub and main sink area is a bit of a weird design but works. We found the air conditioning to be a bit on the noisy side so tried not to run when sleeping and room got a bit stuffy. We paid more for the night than I found on-line which was a bit annoying. I had spotty service on the I40 coming over and couldn't get my Marriott reward number to pull up. We called the hotel instead and ended up having to pay a bit more. Not a lot but I think they should have honored the website pricing. We only had time to grab a few things from the breakfast but they were good.

I am a big fan of Marriott properties but this is my first stay with this chain. I was blown away!! The rooms are average size but the layout design is very smartly done. Large sofa bed, work desk area with internet & large work surface. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker in a separate alcove. The toilet& shower areas are separate from each other. This is brilliant! Both have sliding frosted glass doors for privacy. The main sink is in the shower area, the toilet room has an adorable corner sink with mirrors on both walls at the corner. Just a pleasant surprise! They provide a large clothes bureau with 2 spacious deep drawers. I would DEF stay in a Springhill Suites again! Marriott always has the best hotels! Oh, & the staff at the front desk was excellent, too!

We only stayed one night but it was excellent. The room was very clean, quiet, and the staff really nice. Breakfast was very good. Well worth paying a little more for a non motel type hotel. Parking at the door.

The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Nice clean rooms and breakfast was well done. We arrived late, around 9 pm.... We wound up going to a commercial chain restaurant due to the late hour. The staff was friendly and gave some nice ideas of things to see on our way out of town.

Easy pleasant check in and out with clean spacious room. A small indoor heated pool and better than average breakfast. The alcove with a sofa has a trundle bed that easily pulls out from under the sofa. Large TV that can be seen in the bed area or in the alcove. Can't find fault with any aspect.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff is amazing here and very nice. I didn’t see one person who was not doing a good job. The nice lady cleaning was very sweet and good at her job. The hotel was clean but also under construction. The only thing was when someone would walk on the floor up we would here a squeaky noise. But once everyone was asleep it was very quiet and we slept well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

SpringHill Suites was convenient, easy to find, and had all we needed. It was clean and modern, with all the amenities. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The beds were comfy. The breakfast buffet was very good. The only issue was the layout of the suite was odd with the toilet in a different room from the shower/tub area, and both had sliding doors which were loud and didn’t provide any sound dampening. Other than that it was a great space.

Stopped here on a fluke as we were returning to CA from AZ, have stayed at other Springhill Suites so knew kind of what to expect. This hotel was recently renovated and very nicely updated. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were good, had more to choose from than other places we had stayed during our travels. Our only issue with our stay was that the AC unit in our room wasn't working, though we didn't figure it out until very late the night we stayed...so never asked to get it taken care of. We reported it to the front desk as we checked out and they assured s they would look into it immediately. Would definitely stay there again in the future, if we were in that area again.

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) stayed here on our trek from Vegas to the Grand Canyon. It is just 2 hours outside of Vegas and very affordable. Right off of I-40 so easy on and off. The rooms are well laid out with separate shower and toilet, which is nice when you have 5 people. The rooms are recently remodeled. We stayed in March 2018 and the lobby was still under renovation but it was not messy, loud or an inconvenience. The fridge and microwave in the room were handy for eating a quick frozen meal in vs. eating out. Walmart was only about 10 miles away for shopping. Standard continental breakfast was enough for a quick and sufficient breakfast. The rooms

We stayed for one night and were very pleased. The room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast was great. Staff was helpful in resolving one issue for us. Loved the room layout with toilet and sink in one room and shower and sink in another room. Sitting area in room was also nice. Sound carried a bit from other rooms and hall but after 9pm it was quiet. Location was convenient. Would recommend for travelling families.
