Faulty plumbing, they made us change rooms at almost midnight on Christmas Day, staff was rude, cursed at me, and grabbed my phone when I started to record the negative interaction. Horrible. The bedding was stained. There was mold in the restroom. The refrigerator was being supported by a book and a wodden door wedge. Absolutely disgusting. Still waiting on a reimbursement for this horrible experience.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel because online it says you can have pets there for $15 when I got there they told me I couldn’t have my cat there and then they said I could have my cat there but they was gonna charge me $30 so then I told him I didn’t want to stay there if they were gonna lie about their prices and then they said I would get a refund and I never did. After that when me and my sister were walking out, my sister hit her head on the door and the worker at the front desk, laughed at her and was very rude and disrespectful. Very sassy as well. Terrible customer service terrible attitude was such a shame because we was really ready to just relax. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room given to me was not what i reserved. The rooms paint was chipping. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly. The sink would clog and drain super slowly. The staff was ok. Their kids would be running around slamming into doors and just being super noisy. This was not my memorable experience. I was super disappointed and not planning on ever using this hotel again.

The room was oak. The staff was very accommodating as I didn’t arrive until 2:30 am. Standard couple of hairs in the bathtub. Smelled fine in the room Main complaint is housekeeping came and loudly knocked on my door at around 8 am and then tried to enter. They went away when they realized I had (luckily) put the deadbolt on. But mistakes happen. Good value for the price as I just needed a place to crash for a few hours while travelling.

I stayed at the Travelodge in Kingman and had a great experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked just the way it should. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. Convenient location right off the highway made it perfect for a stopover. Solid value for the price, I would definitely stay here again.

The room itself was clean but one of the beds looked like they reused the bedspread or its permanently stained. It had stains and one even looked like blood. We arrived late evening so I didn’t report it plus we checked out very early. It was disgusting to see that.
