We stayed in the Kai Tower in an ocean view room on the fourth floor, and the view was fantastic. Our balcony overlooked the pools and the pool bar, where there was live music in the evenings, creating such a fun and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also excellent. The hotel is in a great area and within walking distance to many food options, which made it incredibly convenient for meals and evening plans. One feature we especially appreciated was the washer and dryer on every floor. Having complimentary soap pods available in the laundry room was such a convenience. Overall, the combination of excellent communication, cleanliness, comfort, location, and amenities made this a truly enjoyable stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Maui."
