Great top floor 2 bedroom Condo on the Atlantic ocean with views of the ocean and courtyard. The property has a full size fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer.
Both bedrooms and the living room have impact doors open to your private balcony.
There is a King bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest bedroom and queen pull out sofa.
Flat screen TV's in each room. The master bath has a tub and a custom walk in shower. Free WI FI for guests and an assigned parking space in the garage.
The renovation is incredible with no attention to detail spared. Pictures coming soon. New stainless appliances and top of the line fixtures. Every detail is incredible.

Elevator Upgrade project taking place from June - September 2026 - Please note there will still be one working elevator in both the East and West building while this project is underway.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
