Great location with sister property, Silver Palm, across the street. That is where you check in and have the free breakfast. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home just as soon as we walked in the door. The hotel was a converted home that was very well kept and our room walked out directly to the pool area which was very nice. It was quiet and private even being that close to the pool. The portable A/C unit that was in the room was pretty loud, so that made it harder for us to fall asleep, but that was the only negative I can say for this hotel. All in all it was worth the money we paid to be so close to Duval Street and all the locations we wanted to visit.

My room was super-cute, clean and well stocked. (i.e. microwave, refrigerator, bathroom supplies, area information booklet, etc.) The staff was knowledgeable about great restaurants, beaches and local hangouts. The pool and main areas were beautifully landscaped, well lite and clean. Breakfast, which was across the street at their sister hotel, was continental and offered an omelet station. I would definitely stay there again!

The room was beautiful and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had a great shower. It was relaxing to cool off in the pool after a hot afternoon walking around site seeing. We loved the fresh, made to order omelets for breakfast!! You do have to check in at their sister property right across the street and breakfast is served there also, but that was not an issue for us.

Amazing stay at a great property.

The property was amazing. Our room was very large, and everything about it was clean, comfortable and in excellent condition. Property is located in a great spot just a few blocks from Duval and it was easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Parking right at the property meant not having to hunt for parking. Would definitely return here. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay & room. Quiet & clean room just steps away from the action on Duval. Close to all the shopping & dining yet quiet & comfortable. We loved both our room & the quiet lovely pool. Thank you for a great stay in Key West, we will be back!!

Our room was clean, bed comfortable, and the porch was nice to sit and relax on. The breakfast was ok, not a lot of seating inside. All in all I would stay here again.

Worth the Stay

Amazing staff and nice room. The location was conveniently located near the south end of Duval Street. We were able to walk to several decent restaurants is the area. We especially enjoyed Grignote. The bathroom was clean and updated. The room was understandably small considering the age of which the building was constructed. Of offered most of what was needed: microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, etc. as mentioned by others, the breakfast selection was below expectations, especially considering that there are many restaurants in the area that could cater to offer better options. As a suggestion, get a waffle maker, offer egg whites and non pork meats. Aside from that, it was a nice stay and the staff was very accommodating.

Beautiful historical inn in great location. However, definitely not sound proof rooms as we had to listen to conversations of guests next room over. Also, so much street noise from passing cars and trucks made it very noisy inside our room. We picked room 205 for the balcony. If you select other rooms, you probably won’t have this problem.

If you're staying on the first floor, then you will hear noise from the 2nd floor - both guests and housekeeping at all hours. Don't miss the omelet bar for breakfast. The pool is quiet and relaxing.

Shower had hardly any pressure, very limited shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was terrible, a complete waste of time and seating area was awful. Staff unfriendly and reception across the road cheapened the experience….felt like a motel.
