The room had a strange order and some work could be done in the bathroom. Sink and mirror where original I think. Beds are great though. Wonderful staff.

Not exceptional but a very good choice when needing a large room. Staff was not as accommodating as I think they should have been, but no major complaint.
Property had everything we needed for a short one night stay with a toddler -- nice space with a bed and a pull out sofa, basics in the bathroom, basic breakfast, and most importantly, was clean and comfortable. No frills and everything we expected at this price point. Friendly and fast check in. Will definitely return if need to pass through the town again.

They did not have my reservations. They were able to “open up” one of their “offset” rooms. Setup was difficult to get to one of the beds.
The property was advertised as having 4.1 out of 5 stars according to customer reviews. The hotel was 2 star at best. The floor of the hotel and the sofa bed were both badly stained, which made me strongly question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The fiberglass shower shell had been broken and clearly patched. The landscaping was overgrown and strewn with trash. The external pond/fountain was broken and filled with weeds. The pool and hot tub were both out of service. I would not recommend this hotel for your family.
It was very nice and quiet. Clean The check in people could smile.
Coffee was never made. No breakfast. Front desk staff was never at the desk.

The room was clean..pillows were good. Due to COVID only coffee was available in the lobby.
Even though they say there is a free breakfast, the pool, exercise room, and breakfast is closed because of covid. That would have been nice to know, for other hotels do have brown bag breakfasts. I was in training classes that week and on my last day, I asked if I could have a late checkout, the training session broke for lunch at 12 noon and I would come get my suitcase and some perishables in the frig and be out by 12:45. They refused, said they could only go to 12:00, I told them that wouldn't do me any good if we broke for lunch at noon. They wouldn't budge. I didn't know they allowed pets, I was going to the elevator and a lady with a big Great Dane was coming up the hallway.
I checked out the super 8 because of the terrible location and police activity and the Guest house was more then accommodating. My room was amazing and the property was quiet and not one person doing drug deals. Lol
The selling point to me was the indoor hot tub. I get there and find out it’s broken and they didn’t fix it all weekend. I still had a nice stay. Lovely staff. Great location.
