The unit was very clean, modern, and updated with nice touches such as a nespresso machine, sugar and spices, and some toiletries. It is a studio suite part of a larger house but it was very quiet and spacious enough for two people. I really enjoyed my stay.

Close to city amenities both north and south. Very clean. Just enough utensils and kitchenware for our needs. Private outdoor space to eat or read. Host very responsive, friendly and helpful with ideas about the area.

Wonderful space. It was central to where I wanted to be, close to the water, clean and had all the amenities I needed. The host was communicative and handled a surprise power outage quickly and effectively. I would absolutely stay here again.

The suite was clean and modern and the bed very comfortable (on the soft side though for those interested). The auto lock on the door requires you to pull the handle slightly, but once you figure that out it works flawlessly. The location was perfect for my needs and communication with the host was easy. I would recommend.

The owner of this wonderful property provided great communication and a warm welcome to Canada. The location of the property was excellent for walks to restaurants, shopping (lots of variety, with many boutique shops), and many beach-front parks. The studio apartment looks new, super clean, and was just the right size for two. The kitchenette had all the right amenities, the bed was super comfortable, and I loved how the shower provided hot water quickly. The neighborhood was super quiet, too. I highly recommend this property!

Exceptional Stay – Comfortable, Convenient, and Welcoming!

My stay at this cozy yet sizable studio was outstanding. I stayed here for a month working at the hospital (which is literally a 2 minute walk away, 1 minute if you run) and I would not hesitate to come back again. Betty is such a welcoming host and very accommodating to any of your needs including room temperature, laundry, toiletries and you name it! The neighborhood is quiet and safe at night to walk. It is well lit by the surrounding streetlights. The internet is blazingly fast. If you're on the fence about this studio, don't hesitate. It is well worth it.

Only down side for us was not enough windows. Would be great if there was a large opener that faced the patio that we could leave open at night for more outside air. Host is wonderful, bed great, location quiet and great walkability and safe

Hidden Gem

This private studio is perfect, tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance of the hospital, grocery stores, restaurants and the beautiful Okanagan Lake. Betty is an amazing hostess and was so helpful. Showed me the short cut to the hospital, how to work the lock to the studio and made sure I had everything I needed. The accommodations are well appointed, clean and very comfortable. I am so glad I found this little gem. I would highly recommend Studio 628 Sunshine and Beaches. I sure hope I get a chance to stay here again.

The location is quiet but walkable to beaches, a Heritage district neighbourhood plus restaurants and shops. Our host was very responsive and personable. It was the perfect quiet spot to stay for a busy sport tournament weekend.

Great suite in Kelowna

The suite was perfect for my wife and I who were visiting family. The bed was super comfy and the amenities were more than adequate. A couple of lamps on the bedside tables would have been nice.

Excellent Stay in Kelowna!

This studio is an excellent stay in Kelowna. We were so impressed by the easy check-in and great location. The studio was clean, and had everything needed. Betty was a great host and made us feel welcome and as though we could reach out anytime if needed. She also had some great recommendations.
