We had a problem with the air conditioning but they gave us another room right away.
This hotel is nice and centrally located in Karon between Kata Beach and Patong Beach. The hotel was undergoing some pool construction at the time so we weren't able to use the Lagoon poo oil the last day. The Lagoon rooms are worth the upgrade and the breakfast was excellent with a large variety of foods. The hotel staff was very friendly and made every effort to fulfill our accommodation wishes. Would definitely go back again.
The Good: Environment at the resort was great, lots of green, 3 pools, gym and tennis court. Staff are very nice and friendly but I think Thai people just are in general! Just outside there are lots of restaurants and food stalls to eat from. Beach is a 5min walk away, surfboards and boogie boards to rent. The Not So Good: The rooms look a lot bigger and nicer in the photos so realistically maybe I was expecting too much. But I guess all the resorts and hotel photos are similar. So I'm not complaining, but just don't be expecting a gigantic room. The room was actually very nice…. just looked a bit nicer to me in the photos.
Great staff and beautiful facilities. The breakfast had a tremendous assortment. We'd go back to this location in a heartbeat!
Had an amazing time here! From start to finish the staff and amenities were great. Checked in around 11:00pm and the staff brought us over to a sofa and gave us each an ice cold glass of refreshing juice to sip as we filled in our check-in papers. The bellhops learned our names that first night and continued to greet us by name whenever they saw us around the premise. The pools are beautiful and the rooms have a very tropical feel. Wonderful spa as well. Great location for shopping as well as the beach, both are just a short walk away. Delicious food is close by as well. And the prices are great! The staff can help with anything you need, whether its arranging for a taxi to the airport or an excursion to another part of Thailand.
