The Nook is a newly renovated, single family home in downtown Parkville. The Nook offers a spacious floor plan, 2 private decks, and a large backyard. It is the perfect place for a couples get away or family vacation.

We offer high speed internet, a full kitchen, washer and dryer and a fire pit! The TV is equipped with an Amazon fire-stick.

We love hosting and offering the perfect get away location! Parkville is the best small town with all of the big city amenities! The Nook is 15 minutes from the Kansas City Airport and just 20 minutes from downtown Kansas City.

Everything about The Nook was great. Heather has done a beautiful job of decorating, etc. to make us feel very welcomed and "at home" here. She followed up later that evening to be sure we had arrived and were settled in, which we were thanks to her prior instructions. So many little details made things comfortable for us.

Baseball Tourney Stay

Overall a success. I primarily chose this location as it was relatively close to both baseball sites that PBR Kansas City was hosting. It was only my 15 year old son and I staying here. It’s a full kitchen as we cook/ate the vast majority of our meals using the stove and oven. The washer/dryer combo was a gift to wash uniforms and clothes during our stay. Only one TV at the house, but made most of it with streaming apps and hooking up the XBox. WiFi internet had no issues. Quiet neighborhood and only a 20 minute drive outside downtown KC. Thanks again!!

Family Reunion Success!

Absolutely LOVED this property! Great communication with Heather, very easy check-in, very clean, comfortable beds. Wonderful place for us to stay for our little family reunion with my parents that live in TX (we are in AL).
