Perfect stay!
Very Nice and Clean, the Breakfast was great!!!
The room was clean and quiet. There are several stores and food places close by. The free breakfast is good and lots of variety. The heating/cooling fan runs all the time, the temperature stays pretty consistent. Some like background noise when sleeping, I guess it is good to drown out other noises. All in all it went good and was clean.
It is a convenient location. Close to Costco and close to a quiet area to walk around.

Our room didn’t get cleaned mid stay. No one was at the desk when we left to let them know. Just disappointing to come back to that. Everything else was great.

I booked a double Queen bed room. When I arrived they made no comment that my booking was a problem. When I got to my room I found that it was a King bed with a sleeper sofa. They could not change my room because all queen doubles were full and the only accomodation they gave me for their screw up was the claim i was given a "suite". I was there with my teenage son for a basketball tournament and he had to sleep on a the sleeper sofa.
Hotel room was very clean and quiet. Really nice room. We will stay here again if ever in Lenexa ! Beds and pillows were super comvertable. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much. Food places were really close by also.
New hotel near I35. Easy to find and safe neighborhood
Waited at the check in counter for a staff member to arrive to check us in. She was not very friendly or welcoming. The room was nice, clean. Just hot. The cooling system was hard to use/understand. The breakfast was not the greatest - the bonus was the pancakes! So that worked out. The eggs were not done and neither was the sausage. YIKES! My family would give the hotel 3 out of 5. Thanks for having us.
Only issue was it took a very long time for water to get hot in sink and shower, really long, over 5 minutes at least.
