The pictures don't really tell the story of the place. This property needs some major renovations and fixing up. The sofa and chair need to be replaced The refrigerator seal needs replacing Backyard needs to be cleaned up removing piles of junk, a trailer and a birdbath that is growing scum Silverware is corroded and needs replacing Sides need to be put on the stove Tags removed on rugs Remove broken AC unit in side yardAmenties say shampoo and soap included. I would bring your own as what was provided was used bottles of whatever. Neighborhood was not that quiet. Train tracks are behind the house with trains going by all hours of the day/ night blowing their horn. Street was very busy and loud. There were some positives. Hot water worked very well, had good water pressure in showers and washer/ dryer were good. Downtown Lee's Summit was within walking distance with many good places to eat and just walk around. Close to the train depot.
