The room was pretty good and we really like the breakfast. Also was disappointed that the the jetted tub in the bathroom did not work and there was no way to fix it nor were we offered the option to move to a room that had a working one. Seeing that the jetted tub was our main reason for booking but we will book again and try a different room hopefully

Room was 40 degrees on arrival, heater didn’t work and had black finger prints on the cover, shower drain had what looked like mold growing on it, and the bathroom smelled bad. Hotel hot tub was broken, which I wasn’t told about till after check in (which my room was non refundable) and the ice machine was broken

Rooms are super basic which would be fine if it was clean. The bathroom was icky and had a giant hole in our bath mat. Beds were super uncomfortable - if you’re going to be a basic hotel, comfortable beds could go a long way.

Breakfast was cold and the gal didn't speak no english. Matter of fact no one would speak english. place smelled of high cemicals. Rooms where dirty. My hot tub didn't work. my first night the bathroom floor got flooded. Moved to third floor, room still looked dirty. Looks like they just make bed and my top cover still had stuck on food on it. shower handle was coroded. microwave was dirty. coffee was weak like they was cutting back on the amount of coffee in maker. My cup of coffee tasted like soap. I'm not impressed with this comfort Inn. No american people running it or it be better.
