The bed was made with just a flat sheet, no fitted sheet or mattress protector over the mattress, was really gross to touch the mattress, also I feel as though they should have a bed bug protector. the bedding was not changed in our 4 night stay. The bathroom had dead bugs in the light fixtures, cobwebs on the ceiling, dried old pee on the toilet, and shower had not been cleaned during our stay.

Access to Hospital was great. Pool and hot tub were nice to have. laundry facility was a surprise but welcome.

The room was clean, needs some maintenance though. The floor in the bathroom, the carpet needs re-stretching and the ceiling was peeling. Bed was comfortable and not noisy with the heater on. The requested extra blanket was not provided, had to ask. Got the floor level we asked for. They let us keep the vehicle there for the day while we were at the hospital for day surgery. If we had not asked again, to be sure we could leave it there we were told that we needed a tag on the dashboard or it would be towed. That was useful information that was not acted upon. All worked out well, but the communication left something to be desired.

This property was excellent. Was going for surgery at the Hospital. Close to walk there early in the morning. Was nice to come back to a comfortable bed to rest after surgery.

the rooms are good and clean. The front staff are good and help full. It is nice to stay close to hospital.

The clerk behind the counter was very nice and helpful. The room we were in had the heat just about at freezing when we got there so it took quite a while to warm up. The next morning the breakfast we had was extremely bad, the eggs were about two weeks old they were all wrinkled up and dried out, no one even tried the eggs pretty unappetizing, the muffins were dried out. We've stayed at this Travel Lodge several times but I don't think we will again

We went to visit our preemie grandson at the Kamloops neonatal unit at Royal Columbian Hospital. This hotel was excellent for location. We could just walk over within minutes. The only complaint I would have was the pillow...way too uncomfortable for me. Usually I bring my own, so normally not a problem. Otherwise I was very happy with my stay.

My bed looked slept in dirty pillow case and dirty walls.Next room was good but was not made up when I left for the day and no clean towels 3 nights 2 towels ???

Rooms were clean, but no sense of "care". No shower curtain, only one cup of coffee for a double room with three people. Towels were tiny, and few. Pillows were cheap, paper thin garbage. Stuff some towels in a pillow case if you want to get to sleep.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was lacking good choices so I ended up just having toast.
