Breakfast was disgusting! I would not give it to a dog. The pool was closed down. The elliptical machine was broken. Wifi did NOT work for the entire week. My bed was NOT made up twice by housekeeping. Better business bureau should mandate immediate improvements.

Fire Alarm went off twice throughout the night Curtains don’t close no privacy Light from outside shines into the bed so covers over head to sleep Towels old and scratchy 15 minutes for luke warm shower Only option for breakfast was an muffin egg and sausage sandwich and the eggs were stuck to the pan But no other food or cereal or yogurt or anything And after explaining this the lady just stared at me until I left. So terrible and I was kind about explaining it.

Our pull out couch had some type of bodily fluid that was dried out on it that had no sheets on it when I asked about it they just gave us sheets to put over it and extra blankets to make a “barrier” between the stain. And the next following day as we were leaving I was told I would get a “discount” on our next stay which I’ve yet to see anything on my account about having any type of discount or reimbursement.
