Older hotel. No safe. Coffee pot in bathroom
It was okay just okay
The staff was very nice during check in. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
We had the thermostat set at 61 degrees, but it still got too hot during the night. Second night we used the air conditioner. Breakfast was blah.
Arrived exhausted and was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable bed! Slept like a rock on the comfy mattress and had a very nice breakfast before we left. We spoke briefly with housekeeping as we were leaving and they were very pleasant and helpful. The lady at the front desk was also pleasant. If we are in need of a hotel in this area again, will definitely stay here.
Breakfast bar was not what we expected. The fresh fruit was empty. No milk in cartons. In very small room and hard for more than one or two people to make waffles and toast at the same time.
Decent hotel. Stayed one night as it was closest to my event. Staff was friendly enough.
We've stayed at this hotel before and have been pleased by the rooms and the overall upkeep of the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is clean and not rundown. My only complaint was that some of the guests were noisy and woke me up when they were walking down the hall. This wasn't the hotel's fault, just rude guests. We will stay in this hotel again because it is very close to Bittersweet Ski Area.
Took my twins and sister snowskiing at Bittersweet and it was so nice to get to the place your going to stay in 10 minutes! We swam and got in the hot tub and our room was clean and comfy. We slept really great because the beds were comfortable. Got up, ate a nice breakfast at motel and off we went skiing again!
After notifying you and hotel my husband was disabled we still had to stay on a dangerous 2nd floor. Stairway was 2 flights of stairs , railing was loose. They would move us after the 4th day there if we would for 130.00 more. Not good service at all Lots of road construction, very noisy.
Nice Place - convenient location between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. Nothing fancy but a comforatble place to spend a night while on business
Great room, clean, complete, and the counter service well informed regarding the hotel. Happy for the location!! Nothing else for miles!! Breakfast hot waffles, great scrambled eggs, sausage, breads, muffins, juices, hot beverages, yogurts, etc. Highly recommended!! Only negative note; loud air conditioner.
Overnight stay. Great Continental breakfast. King bed.
