Franklin has been fully renovated and is in the heart of Jonesboro. Both bathrooms have been completely gutted and redone. Everything inside, all the furniture and furnishings are brand new-mattresses and sheets never been slept on! Our location makes us perfect for families, small groups, business travelers, even a quick overnight stay. Each bed has a waterproof mattress protector and each pillow has a waterproof zippered cover. Everything** is cleaned after each stay. Everything on the beds, throw blankets on the sofa, covers on the pillows, etc. We want you to feel comfortable staying with us and if you're wondering who touched what last or when that blanket was washed that is NOT relaxing (we know, we've been there. It's gross). If you're coming for a special occasion please let us know, we want to help you celebrate! *6 minutes to Arkansas State University. *5 minutes to St Bernard's Hospital. *11 minutes to NEA Hospital. *12 minutes to Joe Mack Campbell Park *5 minutes to Jonesboro High School. **HUNTERS** let us know why you're here and we have a detached cedar lined room to store and hang your gear, and dry your waders!

This was a very nice and well appointed home that fit our needs perfectly. We enjoyed out time in Jonesboro and the house provided a very relaxing atmosphere for our stay. The host provided pertinent info on a timely basis and was always responsive to our messages. Excellent accommodations !

This was my first vrbo experience so I wasn't sure exactly how things went but when I hadn't received a door code 2 hours before check-in time, I messaged the host. She was always quick to respond and although she had a last minute emergency with the house cleaner and the house wasn't ready on time, she made sure to get in there and get it cleaned that evening and we had a comfy place to sleep. She was also quick to offer a partial refund for the inconvenience which was very considerate.
