Where do I start! There was hair in the bathtub, roaches on the floor, air conditioner sounded like it was ready to explode, door had to be slammed to stay closed, rugs were stained. We knew it was a cheap hotel but come on get it together and update the hotel and hire people who know how to clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Housekeeper Kim (Kimberly) is the best! There are a few minor updates that need to be done but otherwise the hotel is clean, safe, and I would recommend.

The room I stayed in appeared to be in the middle of a demolition. There were holes in the wall where there should have been, and maybe used to be, curtains and shelving. The wall were unpainted and had a few places that were patched up and were un-painted. There was a pungent odor of mold as soon as I walked in, and it was visibly growing on the walls and ceiling, right near the bed. The door stop in the bathroom looked like it had been melted a few times. It was very hard to even look at. At one point, my keycard stopped working. I went to the desk and told the, and they just re-activated it without asking for identity or proof or anything. I feel like anyone could have done that and broken into my room, stealing my belongings. There was no overhead lighting and the overall feel was just...depressing. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I stayed here for the weekend since it was the cheapest in the area. And I enjoyed Jonesboro overall. But if I stay again, I'm coughing up more money to stay far, far away from this place.

Our room was clean and recently redecorated. Window curtain was replaced with an adjustable black-out shade that was very efficient. The mattress afforded a restful sleep. Bed and bath linens were clean and very nice. The complimentary breakfast area provided adequate seating and quick, cold options. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The girl at the front desk was extremely rude when I asked about an early check in and seemed put out that I even asked about it. She looked at me as soon as she got done with her spill about how much early check in was and said well what do you want to do, walking off before I could respond. I had stayed multiple times prior to this but I won't be back. I can go deal with attitude and rude people for free everyday.

They have cereal and coffee, not breakfast. Rooms are small and cramped, lots of obvious signs of needs for repair. Whole place reeks of weed and cigarettes.
