This property is our favorite when we travel through Jonesboro. Twice or three times a year. From the free drinks Manager special happy hour to the excellent free breakfast. Is top notch. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Bed is so comfortable for my wife and I we love it. My one and only complaint/suggestion is open the hot tub early in the morning. 10 AM is too late to enjoy it before we get back on the road.

Staff was friendly. Lobby looks great for first impressions. Cleanliness of the room was lacking. Counters weren't clean, trash from previous guests was left full in the trash can. Previous guest items (a bag) was left in the room as well. Carpet was not vacuumed. They changed the sheets and made the bed.
