The hotel sits back about 150 yards off the street, and there was no sinage to let the traveler know where the hotel is located, nor was there any sinage on the hotel itself. I had to stop at another hotel to find the location of this hotel. The staff explained that the hotel is transitioning to a different name, but the lack of sinage was annoying. The lobby area is small, and bare bones in decor. The room I was assigned was adequate, and was clean and well-furnished. The back side of the hotel - which is where my room was located - is next to the freeway, so if the sound of traffic is a concern, ask for a room on the front side of the hotel. I probably won't stay at this location again for the reasons stated.

Attending an event that required me to depart (check out) at 4:00 AM. No one was at the front desk. Called out and a telephone was ringing but no human revealed themselves. Left a note that I was checking out and departed. Other than this unusual event all was good.

the room itself was fine. it had a Keurig coffee maker, which made it easier for the morning routine. the shower was the worst part. It looks as if they painted the tub/shower - half of the drain plug was white. The ceiling, had the water damage painted over, instead of repaired.

The beds were very nice and comfortable, with four huge fluffy pillows per beds. The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. They were very helpful and courteous!

The ceiling looked like it was covered in mildew or where the floor above had a water leak and the shower had mildew in it.

Hard to find. Street signage was covered with a blanket. No sign on the building identifying the hotel name. Needs a lot of updating. Allowed guests to sit outside the entrance and drink. Good breakfast.

Don't be fooled by the nice lobby and new carpet in the hallways. Apparently they stopped there and forgot the guest rooms, The bathroom is disgusting with mildew and mold all around the tub and don't forget about the extra hair on the floor they forgot to vacuum up. In addition we had to get clean sheets and they literally just dropped them off and we had to change our own sheets. Don't waste your money, this is a dirty hotel and not worth it at any price

Didn't realize the Paragould area's hotel options were so limited. This place saved us from staying in a roach motel. Huge upgrade.

The room was okay. It definitely was worn and needed updating. The coffee pot in the room didn't work.

Thought we were getting a suite but was only one small room with king bed and sleeper sofa. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, and inviting. The staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable! I have been a fan of Holiday Inn Express for quite some time and have stayed at many of their locations throughout the US. I was not disappointed with the Jonesboro location!

Beds were comfortable, area was quiet. Had a problem with bathroom tiles - what appeared to be mold in several areas. Also bathtub drain did not keep up with shower - had to stand in 1/2" of water, gross! !!)
