We only got to stay for a little over an hour because my husband had a heart attack while there and we left to go to the nearby emergency room and were then transferred immediately to another hospital. Every staff member we encountered at the hotel were very nice and the room was clean and nice.

Needed towels

We booked a 3 night stay (Th, Fr &Sat) due to a family funeral. Thursday and Friday nights we used the Do Not Disturb sign. So we expected the room to be cleaned or at least clean towels. We get back to room Saturday night to no clean towels and no trash taken out. We went to office and got towels and went to bed. Sunday morni ng i realize our dirty towels are gone. So someone came in room and all they did was get dirty towels and did nothing else. Kind of crazy!
