Manager and staff very helpful and pleasant. Nice and clean place to stay.
The management is running scans there trying to collect extra money on rooms when they are fully paid on orbitz, also they put clean stickers on rooms that are not cleaned, also they have drug dealers blocking the fire escapes open so they can go in and out of the hotel with out a key, it’s a brand new property that is being fun in the ground,! Definitely need a corporate investigation on the management.
The only thing I DISLIKED was the fact that my reservation was for a KING bed; none were available! Annoying!
Nice, clean hotel. The only problem was out of their control. Storms the day before caused the entire county to have no water. Couldn't use any water at all (toilet, sink, etc.). Again, not their fault, but made for a frustrating evening.
