Great basic lodging

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Room was clean and had plenty of amenities especially for a moderately priced motel. Well worth the money.

The property was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows. I could hear 18 wheelers driving by but no fault of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this property and stay again if in the area

I thought the property was well taken care of and very clean. It was the nicest bed I have slept in in a very long time! the owners were very helpful in giving directions to our next stop. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance

The room was beautiful and very clean. The outside of the whole property was very well maintained and picked up. There was a super cute patio set up with a grill. And the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating to our stay. We will definitely be staying here again every time we work in that area.

Excellent rehab and good stay

This hotel is a gem in Parsons, TN. This family owned location has been fully rehabilitated. While it is clear the structures have been there for decades, the roof, doors and the inside of the rooms all look new. The furniture was in great shape, beds were confortable. The mini fridge and microwave were working well. Everything was very clean. The owner kept the lights on for us, even though we were delayed on our trip and checked us in at 1:30am. If and when I need a place to stay in Parsons again, I will definitely return to Pine Tree
