This is our 3rd stay here. The best feature of the room is, the kitchen it comes equipped with everything you'll need. The laundry. A/C. The rooms need updating. Beds are comfy. Living area needs new furniture. Pool area with boat is the best part. Kids absolutely love it. Not deep. But there wasn't enough staff to keep the line moving or opened for the slide.

This was our third visit in the last calendar year and best yet! Check in and check out very quick and easy. Had a nice 3BR suite with fireworks view. Pool was great for our grandkids on our non-park days. C-store came through for us in a pinch. Our son enjoyed the workout center a couple of times as well. Publix (grocery) and Walmart < 1 mile away. 15 mins to all Disney parks and Disney Srings. We loved it!

Nice Resort with Fireworks View

Resort has a nice main pool, convenience store and Pizza Hut open late. There is an Irish pub but we didn't go there. 3 bedroom condo was roomy for our party of 7 and we enjoyed watching the fireworks from.our 13th fl balcony. Furniture could use updating.

I liked the fact that they were not forceful about shoving a timeshare presentation down our throats. Once we said no they let it go. Pool area was cute. I don’t like amenities in the room. The television did not work and could not be fixed. WiFi was spotty. No real soap; we got the small round bars that finished after one shower and left skin feeling like dried leaves. And no coffee in the room! So this place was just ok to me. Simply a place to rest our heads.

I liked the size of the room, however, our couch was severely broken and so uncomfortable. The sliding door to patio was very hard to open and close. Underneath what I believe is the air handler the floor was soaking wet as if there is an active leak. Limited dishes, there were no cookie sheet style pans to be able to cook sinple foods like pizza in the oven. Not a fan of being in building 2, there should be an option when you make your reservation to select the building of your choice. Room next to me had a kid that would cry a lot, it was not the relaxing feel I was going for.

This is our 3rd time staying at LBV resort. My kids LOVE the pool area. This time we noticed an overall difference of feeling run down. I also did not feel comfortable that the elevator area previously needed a room card to enter. This time it was wide open.

The room didn’t look anything like the picture I booked. In addition, I arrived at 4pm and was told room wasn’t ready and I’d have to wait another hour. It was raining outside. I had to ask multiple times for another room and finally they placed me in a room that was outdated compared to photos

We have stayed here a number of times and find it just what we need. Yes, it does need some upkeep as many have mentioned, but for the price, the cleanliness, what we receive, and the condo like amenities--full kitchen, dining room, washer & dryer, three bedrooms, three bathrooms--we can live with the minor wear and tear. We arrived there well before check-in and there was a room ready for us.

We had an amazing little getaway. My only complaint will be the small be near building 2 was to hot for the baby, apart from that we all had a wonderful time.

My family and I stayed there from August 22nd to August 31st. We stayed in the 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom apartment. I love the location and the many outlets stores at very close distance. I love how the room has all the amenities plus jacuzzi tubs, separate shower and toilet. The kitchen has dishwasher, pots, pans, plates, etc. And I also love there's a washer and dryer. Nice views and a nice long balcony. What I do not like about this resort is that, I was here 16yrs ago and the apartment had the same old outdated furniture, curtains, carpet, sheets, etc. The only upgrade I notice from then to now is all the rooms have flat screen TVs. The apartment also has an old smelling odor when you enter.
