Parking for the guest is unreal. Most of the nights we had to park near to office buildings on the curb and walk to our building. Which I don’t think is safe. They need more parking areas for each building.

We have stayed at this resort many years ago and it was wonderful. This time around they gave us a condo that was very run down. Carpet soiled, furniture dirty and very worn out. We asked to be moved to a better condo. They did. The next one was a bit better but still could use a good Reno. Staff was great and convenient location.

It was a nice villa for my family, enough space. Just like an apartment. The pool area was nice as well. My kids enjoyed it as well. We will be coming back!

They charged $50 for key cards. So, make sure you don't loose them. Our room was to be ready at 4:00 they said estimated 5:30 that they would call me. They never did. Went back in at 6:00 and she handed us our cards. The rooms are outdated and chairs inside the room by the couch were filthy. The beds were okay. Balcony was huge and loved the view. The pirates pool is so much fun for kids because there is such a large area where your children are okay without floaties. Of course keep an eye on your kids and join in on the fun. My son loved the slide inside the pirate ship. Overall I would stay here again with the low prices but they really need to communicate better and update the furnishings.

NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY. Beds too high for short and handicapped person. Shower was roll-in, but no bench for seating (we get around with electric assistance -not designed to get wet). Used plastic chair from balcony, but it slid around on the shower floor - NOT SAFE). Called desk asking for a step to assist with access to bed and for a shower seat. Never got a call back (as promised). Room keys did not work. Each night we had to go to desk for new ones. And worst of all - NOT ENOUGH PARKING TO ACCOMMODATE ALL GUESTS, handicapped or not. We are handicapped and had to go quite a distance from where we parked (on the street) to our building. Limited Dining does not begin to cover it. There is no dining on site and limited choices across the street (Pizza Hut located within a convenience store) I know there was more but I can't remember right now. PLEASE REMEMBER - NOT GOOD ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THE PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED. There was ONE good thing. Kids loved the ship/slide in the pool.

Decent Hotel

Lake Buena Vista Resort is an older property. The room, while spacious, showed its age with quality of the carpeting, bathrooms, and dressers/end tables. The washer and dryer are in good working order. The shower head for the main bathroom was a bit small for the size of the shower. There were 2 pools, the one with the pirate ship had a lot of children, so if you're looking for a more relaxing time, go to the other pool.

Second stay in less than a week because we didn’t want to stay at our second destination after Lake Buena Vista Resort! Couldn’t recommend it enough. Best bang for your buck 8 mins out of Disney world resort area
