Most stores were 15 mins from the house. Very easy commute. Kitchen is stocked but if you plan to cook, youll need to bring some things. Perfect for a large group/family. Very homey. We will likely book here again.

Great location to Lucas Oil Stadium for Colts game. Only 15-to-20-minute walk to stadium or bars downtown. Plenty of sleeping space with the four queen beds, bunk beds, and pull-out couches. Communication between parties was easy. Would stay again.

Perfect for our large group

The house was perfect for our large group for the Indy 500 weekend. Meridian St was closed right in front of the house which ended up being nice since we could sit out in the front yard without traffic going by. The house is updated very well and comfortably slept our group.

Great place for conference at Indianapolis Convention Center

A nice mile walk from the Indianapolis Convention Center. Functional kitchen with gas range. Extra space for our group of 6 people.

Family Reunion in Indianapolis

Our family came from different areas to celebrate birthdays and spend time together. This home was in a wonderful location - near parks, coffee shops, and grocery stores. The home was large and spacious with plenty of room for the kids to play games and interact with each other. We appreciated the kitchen and the ability to cook meals together. The host was very approachable. I recommend this home for your Indianapolis vacation!

Great base of operations

Recently, my team and I stayed here. Using at a base of operations while at a convention worked great. There is plenty of room to both sleep and gather. The interior was clean and well kept. The exterior was not to the level of the interior, but there were no problems. The host and their team consistently checked in and were quick to address any concerns or potential issues.

Communication at its BEST!!

I will say this property is definitely a nice size for a large group!! Gain, was very helpful and responded also in seconds whenever I reached out with a concern, etc. Definitely within walking distance to the Convention Center and the Fabulous downtown area. Although the street was blocked off due to construction our Lyft drivers were able to get to us.

House was roomy.

Dishwasher had water in the bottom and smelled awful. Thought was broken. Looked up on line and was able to figure out how to fix it. Needed hand towels for the kitchen and bathroom as well as rugs for the doors when you came it. Mice poop under the kitchen sink. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Fun weekend in Indianapolis

My wife had a fantastic time in Indianapolis on a girls trip with her friends. There was plenty of space for the twelve of them, and everyone enjoyed their visit. My wife reported that several of the ladies couldn't believe that we found such wonderful accommodations for the weekend. There were frequent check-ins from the owner to make sure everything was going well with the home. Thanks so much for providing a fantastic place to stay for a special weekend!
