In this one bedroom duplex you will have your own private entrance ,living room , dining room room ,kitchen and bathroom access with ample space with two closets located in dining area. Located in the living room is a queen size sofa bed if need .Quiet neighborhood less than a mile from Ellenberger Park and Irvington. This location is only 15min drive to downtown indianapolis and all that this city has to offer, and 25 min drive to Indianapolis airport.
